If you are looking to learn how you can live a healthier lifestyle, start by following professionals in the health, wellness, and fitness industries. This can be tricky because of the over saturated market; therefore, in this blog I wanted to provide a few creators who helped me simplify fitness, healthy habits, and nutrition.

We all know the social media landscape has become saturated with Influencers and Companies trying to sell you a product, service, or the latest "health" trend that will finally get you the fast results you've been looking for.
Trust me, I've fallen for it hundreds of times.
I have been on both sides of the fitness journey experience and can confidently say these few creators have made a huge impact on how I view fitness, nutrition, and living an overall healthy lifestyle. Here's my proof:

I realized that in order to truly make a change in my health + wellness journey, I needed to change the content I was consuming online, learn how to properly nourish my body, form healthy habits, and change my lifestyle for long term results. I learned all of this for free and by spending my screen time learning from and being inspired by these creators:
Shelby Sacco (Healthy Habits)
Shelby blew up on TikTok when she shared her transformation and how she was able to turn her life around by forming healthy habits. She started a Podcast called Sad To Savage where she talks about her journey and how to form healthy habits. Shelby has proved time and time again that forming healthy habits and starting small is the true way to start living a healthier lifestyle.

Sal Vittorio (Lifestyle Transformation Coach)
Sal Vittorio is the perfect example of "If I can do it, so can you." Sal went through a lifestyle change that he often reminds his clients and followers of because of how inspiring his story is. He now runs his own Lifestyle Coaching business with a team of inspiring professionals that are making a real impact on the world. If you are someone who feels lost in your fitness journey, career, or life in general, following and connecting with Sal will help you get your foot in the right direction to taking back your life and finding health + happiness. Whether it is workouts, nutrition, or tips on how to stay disciplined, Sal shares excellent advice on both his Instagram and podcast: Shift Your Mind, Change Your Life Podcast

Chelsea Tansey (Womens Holistic Transformation Coach)
One of my favorite parts about falling in love with the fitness community is that I am continuing to discover new coaches/professionals that I can be inspired by and continue learning from. This is exactly how I found Chelsea who is now one of my favorite coaches and someone I resonate the most with. Chelsea also went through a lifestyle change like her partner Sal and now teaches women self love, confidence, and all things living a healthy/balanced lifestyle. She is real, raw, and inspiring and provides that "older sister" comfort and advice.

Sydney Adams (Fitness coach/Lifestyle Inspiration)
Sydney Adams has established her spot not only in the fitness industry with her coaching platform, but has become a beauty/fashion icon as well. She just recently hit a million followers on Tiktok where she shares her workouts, routines, workout clothing, fashion ideas, nutrition, and so much more! She is definitely my favorite "influencer" to watch and is truly a breath of fresh air in what can be a very toxic industry.

Julie Lawton (Fitness + Beginner Gym girl guide)
If you are someone who is unfamiliar with lifting or you are intimidated by the gym, Julie is the best at making beginners feel comfortable and confident in starting their fitness journey. Her content is fun, entertaining, and inspiring especially for a college student!

JPG Coaching (Proper form for lifting)
If I could give you one advice in starting your fitness/weightlifting journey, it would be to make sure you have proper form. JPG Coaching shares detailed videos on how to perform exercises the correct way and shares his advice on certain fitness trends and myths.

Michael Smoak aka Higher Up Wellness (Holistic Health)
Although he is fairly new to the industry, Michael gives the harsh and easy truth that a lot of us need. His go to saying is "its not easy, but it is simple, dont overcomplicate it." Michael preaches holistic health and being more human, aka, eating whole foods, getting outside for some fresh air and sunlight, and moving your body in a way that works for you. He demonstrates how easy living a healthy lifestyle can be and does not sugar coat what most influencers tend to do.

There are plenty of other professionals that I follow that continue to spread motivation, positivity, and support for those trying to become better versions of themselves. Just like you would with any other new habit, start small by following these creators and see how it will slowly have a positive impact on your everyday life.
